Brett Hill wants to live in a world full of innovators who love cinnamon vanilla lattes and where children fan their parents with palm leaves while feeding them ice cream every night after work.
Brett left his beloved Colorado to join the Air Force in 2011 where he learned the core values to be the only way of starting and completing every task. While in the military, he spent significant time inspecting, handling, and building munitions for the F-16 Fighting Falcon. In that career the smallest mistakes are life-changing so his inspection knowledge was vital to success. Being born and raised in Louisville CO, he knows the area well and returned to his roots because he believes there is no better place to live than Colorado.
“I like the big picture goals, but once those are in place is when the fun really begins. I get to begin the imagination process with the client and help them see the answer to their question ‘what would it look like for me to live here’ and I love that process!”
As a Real Estate Broker for Due South Realty, Brett’s lifetime work developing an eye for the details is essential. Growing up under a hard working custom home builder, he learned to be intuitive by thinking ahead of schedule and beyond the immediate needs. Being behind schedule meant everyone was unhappy. In his work on foundation repair for both commercial properties and residential, working side by side with engineers, architects and sub-contractors to stabilize the ever-changing soils in Colorado. He then transitioned to exterior work, designing landscapes for high end properties including for Bronco Super Bowl-winning athletes in which he had to manage expectations with reality on a daily basis. Understanding structure was essential when he began building commercial TV sets for a well-known Colorado furniture company and had to manage a team, construct, and deconstruct sets as safely and effectively as possible. This wealth of experience makes Brett an agent who can combine key design, foundation, and structural elements into his quest to help families find their perfect home.
Now, you will find Colorado native Brett enjoying his family time on his back deck, finding new music, playing with his boxer pup, Copper or snuggling his kids while watching any professional team in the Denver area, win or lose.
