Noelle Putthoff

Noelle grew up on the Front Range, graduating from Longmont High School. Starting as an early teenager, she has enjoyed serving others with her unique skills and personal touch. From working as an Administrative Assistant in downtown Chicago at the age of 20 to creating and running her own businesses to be able to stay at home with her kids, Noelle strives to work in all areas of life with excellence.
Noelle joined Due South Realty in 2017 with the excitement of working for a smaller company that focuses on relationships, trust, integrity, and being upfront with clients. She is a hard worker, a strong communicator, and a great negotiator. Noelle did over $2.5 million in sales in her first year with Due South Realty and has excellent reviews from her clients.
Noelle has been married to Zach for 20 years and together they have 3 children - Paige (17), Clay (16), and Erika (5). They have lived in Lafayette for the last 14 years. Noelle enjoys taking pictures, watching her kids play sports, exercising, eating ice cream, skiing, doing church ministry with her husband, and of course helping people with one of the biggest events in life - buying or selling a house."
